Our rates include: all taxes, use of water, electricity and heating, weekly change of linen and towels, including pool towels.
Maid service is included in your price. The cleaning lady cleans the house on Saturdays, Towels are changed and light cleaning on Wednesdays if required. The house is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Payment details
Upon confirmation: 25% of total price
30 days prior to arrival: 75% of total price
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period, the total amount of rental is due upon booking.

Check in from 4pm, check out before 10am
Cancellation - No show
In case of cancellation of a booking, the following penalties shall be paid:
25% of the total price if the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the start of the rental period.
50% of the total price if the cancellation is made between 89 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
75% of the total price if the cancellation is made between 59 and 30 days before the start of the rental period.
100% of the total price if the cancellation is made between 29 days and the arrival day or in case of no show.
